Here, you will be in a safe, non-judgmental environment so you can explore your feelings and thoughts. Life is stressful as it is, and add to the mix work, family, relationships, unexpected changes and tragedies and it can break us. During therapy, you will be able to learn and master the coping skills necessary for you to handle life feeling in control. We will explore thought patterns and formulate solutions as best as possible.

We see children from the age of sixteen, into adolescence and adults. Fee $195 for initial evaluation, $140 for follow up. 

Although you're coming in as a couple, we will treat you as a single client. Without taking sides, we work with the couple's dynamics emphasizing friendship, communication and intimacy. As a couple, you will work on building a solid foundation that is based on trust and respect. Fee $195 for initial evaluation, $160 for follow up.
